It all started on a cold March night in 2004. Long time friends Jacqueline Steber and Julia Conny were driving home from
a show at the 9:30 Club, and basking in the after glow of the concert. During the hour and a half drive home, the two discussed
how they wished they could give something back to the music community that had given them so much. Within the four walls
of Julia's red mini-van, Passed Out Promotions was born.

We are living in an online world and Passed Out Promotions is adapting to that. We have turned to the Internet to aid us
in many of our endeavors including: online show promotion, digital press kits, booking shows, etc.
This website will be the hub of our communication to the public. We will use it to promote our shows, keep you updated
on the latest happenings around the Baltimore music scene, and of course, promote our bands.
This site also allows you to contact us with any ideas or information you have that you think we should know.
We do all that we can to aid bands with their journey to the top. Our services include:

- General band/show promotion
- Publicity
